We have a requirement as follows:
We have New subscription flow with 25 service tasks in a workflow and expected TPS to achieve is : 150
Need suggestion on number of brokers, partition count, replication factor, cpuThreadCount and ioThreadCount and also need help in CPU and memory requirements.

Need help on performance tunning of camunda cluster.

Welcome to the User Forum.

Since tuning can be quite a detailed and difficult thing, I would suggest opening a support ticket rather than trying to have an open discussion. There are just too many variables for the community to support in regards to tuning.
