Camunda Trial Instance Unhealthy

Hi, I am using the Camunda Trial Instance currently and this morning I have restarted the cluster. In restarting the cluster (running 8.8.0-alpha5) it has come back as unhealthy so I cant start a process. All Components have come back as unhealthy.

I have only just started so not had chance to break it … yet :slight_smile:

Any ideas on what this issue could be and how I can resolve?

Hi @Dai_Williams, welcome to the forum! Are your clusters still not starting properly? If so, please DM me the email address you use to log in to Camunda and I can check your cluster to see what might be happening.

Thanks Nathan, apologies, I have been meaning to add an update all afternoon. After a few hours they all turned healthy so I am back in the game!

@Dai_Williams - no worries! Obviously something didn’t work quite right, but I’m glad it’s up and running now!

Could it be that SaaS trial and dev clusters are on a GCP plan where a server may occasionally be pre-empted and thus the cluster reports as unhealthy?

@Webcyberrob - while that is possible with GCP, I don’t think we use the preemptible VMs; instead, for cost savings, we auto-pause trial clusters.
