I designed a simple diagram on modeler.cloud.camunda.com. But I can’t deploy downloaded model on my local camunda 7 because the downloaded model is for version 8. Can I download bpmn diagram for camunda version 7 on web modeler?

This modeler you mentioned is only used for Camunda 8.
To use Web Modeler for Camunda 7, you must use CAWEMO! (Camunda Web Modeler).
Below is the link to access the tool.
With it you can model your process, and define other members so that they can also access and collaborate in modeling the flow.
