We have a process with a failed external task.
When I select the process instance I will have an “increment retry” button in the upper right corner. But when clicking, Cockpit says “There are no failed jobs available to increment their retries.” - although I can see the incident indicated by a red circle.
When I select the incident itself, I can increment the retry counter by clicking the button in the incident’s row, which works fine.
Is this a bug or my fault?
We use Camunda 7.10 / Community Edition
