Quick question, why is the option for setting a variable event in a non-interrupting conditional boundary event not visible?
Use Case: My goal is to send an email notification to the assignee’s email address when a particular task has been assigned to him/her. I know that this can be done through a task listener w/ the assignment event, however when I tried it, I noticed that there is a slight lag (about 5 secs or 7) before the task gets assigned since the engine is trying to send the email first upon assignment. So I was thinking of creating a conditional non-interrupting boundary event to trigger this send email application and remove the lag
