How do I connect with form.io form with camunda process. please help me to connect user task with from.io forms

I remember there was some talk about this earlier in the forum with @StephenOTT… Have you looked at this? PS: I don’t know the state of this project…

Yes was look at this when i implement this i am getting this error ,please help me , I did’t understand the error, how i solve this
