Convert date and time from one time zone to other using Camunda FEEL

Hi All,
I have to convert a date time from one time zone to other using FEEL
1.EST time zone to UTC
2. from any time zone to UTC time zone
3. I know below FEEL tutorials and I do not find reference for time zone conversion, could you please help
