Create User For Camunda Optimze

Hi there
How can i create a user which should has access only to camunda optimize (camunda platform 7) ?

Create a user with the access permission for the “optimize” application only. Further permissions will be needed for the user to be able to actually do something useful in optimize, i.e. see process models etc.

So i should give him access in “Application Access” in camunda admin ?
