Configuring cluster settings such as External IDP and multi-tenancy is primarily done via the Camunda Hub UI, but the Administration API may offer programmatic options worth exploring. I found the following relevant resources:

Cluster settings in the UI: In Camunda Hub, go to Environments > Clusters, select a cluster, and use the Settings tab. There you can toggle authorizations, the external identity provider, and multi-tenancy.Cluster settings
External IDP: Setup is described as a Console/Hub procedure. You copy the cluster’s redirect URI, register an app in your IdP, and enter the details in the dialog. It requires cluster version 8.10.1 or later and organization admin rights.External IdP
Multi-tenancy on SaaS: It is enabled with the Multi-tenancy toggle in the cluster settings. It is available for clusters on generation 8.8 and later, disabled by default, and only organization admins can change it.Multi-tenancy
About the APIs
The Administration API (SaaS) is described as covering cluster backup, creation and deletion, client and member management, IP allowlisting, and secret management. It does not list external IdP or multi-tenancy settings.Administration API
The Orchestration Cluster REST API Swagger UI is for exploring and calling that API’s endpoints. The documentation doesn’t say it manages cluster settings.Swagger UI
