Customize Camunda webapps

I,ve generated a camunda spring boot project from camunda 7 platform initializr, I run it, but I need to make some customizations for the webapps, like delete “Welcome camunda” phrase change the color of the tasklist , everything I knew to do is to access the camunda-webapp-webjar-7.21.0 and extract it using winrar then access the resources of the webapp like index.html like the attachment but I don’t know exactly what to do after that
