Darshan Hiranandani : How to Set Up Authorization for Camunda Docker Tasklist Using Postman?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to configure authorization for the Camunda Tasklist running in a Docker container using Postman, but I’m not entirely sure how to do it. Could anyone guide me through the process of setting up authentication for API calls to Camunda’s Tasklist via Postman?

Specifically, I’m looking for advice on how to configure the necessary headers, tokens, or any other authentication methods required to successfully interact with the Tasklist API. Are there any common pitfalls I should be aware of when setting this up?

Any tips or step-by-step suggestions would be really helpful!

Thanks in advance!
Regards

Hi @darshanhiranandani24 - it depends on how you’ve configured your Camunda cluster. Can you share your Docker configuration?

I also noticed that a similar question was posted in August, from a user with the same name (but different email address); however, that user wrote the subject line the same way and has a similar signature. Might you have accidentally created a second account? If so, could we merge them?
