DMN with hit policy that has a overriding rule/output?

Anyone know of a way to create a DMN that has overriding rule?

Looking to do a Collect Sum hit policy, BUT if a specific rule is valid then all other rules are ignored. I figure worse case this can be a chained DMN, but just curious if anyone has dealt with this.
