Does BPMN specify an event subprocess as a call subprocess?

Can a specified event subprocess be reused as a call subprocess?

Camunda modeler only provides the expanded event subprocess. Signavio has an attribute to the collapsed event subprocess to be marked as “is call activity” but checking this option does not change anything to the model appearence. Could there be a thick dotted frame around an event call subprocess? Never seen such a pattern.

What does the BPMN Spec tell us about the question?
