As for the decision to add one more lane to the software, that’s a private opinion, I particularly don’t like using “pools / lanes”.
But in this context that you presented, as you are already defining the actors one by one, I believe that it would be more ideal, and perhaps it would facilitate some explanation of the complete flow to your company’s business sector.
As for the gateway used G04, it is correct bro, an exclusive gateway!
