Hi Schukov and welcome to the forum,

Because the model is not a valid BPMN model. According to the BPMN specifications, activities and events that follow an event-based gateway must have exactly one incoming sequence flow:

Target elements in an Event Gateway configuration MUST NOT have any additional incoming Sequence Flows (other than that from the Event Gateway). [BPMN 2.0.2, p. 297]

I recommend duplicating the activity.
