We are using shared engine, in prod env we see few processes are getting stuck at service task. Not sure how to proceed further
We are using 7.6 Camunda docker image
It impossible to know without more details. How are the service tasks implemented? are there any errors in the log? why are you using such an old version of Camunda?
there are no errors in the logs, service tasks has simple business logic .
Regarding camunda we have plan to upgrade gradually
