I’ve just built my first BPMN model using Camunda and wanted to share it here to get some feedback.
The model represents a simplified approval process within a pharmaceutical company. For now, it’s a basic version – I’ve intentionally left out hierarchies and all data store objects to focus on the core process flow first. I plan to add those elements later as I refine the model.
I’d really appreciate it if someone could take a look and let me know whether the process logic makes sense or if there are any major issues or mistakes I should be aware of.
