Generated form not displaying - 404 not found error in task list

I am trying out the generated forms in 7.16, and can deploy the form with the process, but when I come to display the form in the task list, I get the following error:

I am uploading the form with the deployment of the process:

The binding is set to deployment on the user activity.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

your Form Id needs to set to generatedForm:

Lol can tell its a Friday! It was set to the right Id, but I had not saved the form since setting it. Now works!
