I found a stranger thing in cockpit. I have a process that a I uploaded the image. In this process, the instances never passed for “With ou Units” sequence flow or “With out Services” sequence flow. But the heatmap burned this two sequence flows.
the process engine didn’t write sequence flows into the history. The colors come from an intelligent guess based on the activity data.
I think you found an edge case here. If you are an enterprise customer (you have enterprise features enabled) you can file a support ticket in our JIRA (https://jira.camunda.com/) to have a look into it.
