I have an issue clearing up historical data. I have configured my cleanup with the following properties :
The main goal is to clear up data for which I didn’t set the history TTL. To do so I used the rest-api to set the history TTL for each process-definition in my app and used the end-time based strategy. My cleanup worked perfectly on day one but then the batch didn’t resume the cleanup job properly when the batch start window came up and it remains “suspended”. Moreover, I’m confident about the fact that there are still data to cleanup since if I resume the job through DB it starts to clean things up.
Any idea about why it doesn’t resume automatically ?
