How to get metrics about cluster health in CC SaaS

My CC SaaS Cluster went unhealthy for a few moments indicated by the red icon.
As an engineer, I would like to know for how long exactly to determine for how long my process might not have been available.
Ideally, I would also like to know why the cluster was unhealthy, e.g., was it a network error. However, that part is mostly down to curiosity. All I can find in my cluster metrics is disk usage. There does not seem to be a history of health.

@felix.mueller are there any plans for health / uptime historical stats in the cluster dashboard?

@anton - apparently the overall health status report can be degraded by components that are not exposed to the user and do not impact user-facing functionality. It’s a known issue and the Cloud team are working on a fix.
