How to return a collection to be used in a multi instance sub process from an external task service?

Hi Rob, I haven’t tried this myself yet. Assuming the JSON array variable is a Spin JSON value, it should be possible to write camunda:collection="${variable.elements()}" in the multi-instance configuration. Cheers, Thorben

camunda:collection=“${variable.elements()}”

So you should be good to go once you bring in the JSON on External Task completion
