How to use case Variable inside dmn table?

I want to use case variable inside my dmn table, the problem is that when i try to use this variables inside my dmn table i got this error:
unable to evaluate expression for language ‘juel’ ; ${RequestNumber}
here is my dmn table, what should i change to make this dmn table rules work?
