In a process, I have multiple routes with different (subsequent) service tasks. Many service tasks are used in multiple routes:
On one hand this is good readable for the business, but I wonder how this BPMN can be simplified without the duplicated service tasks?

Something like this would work - Just check before doing each task if it should be done or not.
Hi @Niall thx for your reply! I also came up with this option to dismiss some doubled blocks. I am not sure if we’ll go 100% this route because it definitely makes the BPMN less readable for the business, but maybe we’ll combine some doubled service tasks with the extra gateway checks in our solution.
