Invalid License Key - Camunda EE

Hi All,

I have been trying to apply the license key for one of our enterprise version. However, it doesn’t seem to store the license. The camunda version installed is 7.12.3 and its a docker image.

I am seeing the following error when trying to store the license,

Invalid license key provided. Will not be stored.

Can you let me know if I am missing something?

Since you’re an enterprise user, your best bet is to contact Camunda support directly.

Thank you for your response. I have create a ticket on JIRA board on the support site.
