Loogback appender configuration

Hi @StephenOTT,

I have managed to use your git project Git project for json logging and it successfully works even using Camunda version 7.12.2.

What I am struggling with is to adjust pattern of logs. e.g.

%d{HH:mm:ss.SSS} -- [%thread] %-5level %logger{36} - %msg%n

to configuration from Camunda docs

 <appender name="STDOUT" class="ch.qos.logback.core.ConsoleAppender">
    <encoder>
      <pattern>%d{HH:mm:ss.SSS} [%thread] %-5level %logger{36} context:[%X] - %msg%n</pattern>
    </encoder>
  </appender>

Adjustment of logback.xml to desired state has no effect (I have double checked and I am using the correct updated logback.xml in my set up) . Do you have any idea or recommendation ?
