Minimize and Maximize WIndows Controls not visible

A few months ago the top part of the windows frame disappeared and I can no longer minimize or resize Camunda. The application takes the whole screen no matter which monitor I display it on… I have to press WINDOWS+M to minimize all windows including Camunda. How can I get the controls back… especially the ability to resize the app

Are talking about Camunda Modeler? If yes, have you tried to press F11 on the keyboard?
