Hi All!
We are notice today have some mismatch number total incidents and real incidents in status Open between total show at hyper link at Cockpit and details page search by process key
Do you know any possible reasons can cause this mismatch and how to fix it to make them match
Here are some information we are having
- We are using camunda 7.23
- We have downgrade history level from full to audit at 7 Jan 2026, when downgrade history level, we change both at table and config and deploy together
