! Modeler not opening BPMN file created using IBM Blue works

Hi there, I’m opening a BPMN file created in Blueworks it would not open

Here is the BPMN file

That probably isn’t the whole file - but i’m pretty sure that blueworks doesn’t export to standard compliant BPMN 2.0.
It exports’s to IBM’s proprietary notation.
