Does Camunda 7.12 Comunity version supports Cloud migration?

when you want to move from Camunda 7 to Camunda 8, there is no restriction regarding the minor release version. Please read more about it here: Camunda 7 to Camunda 8 migration guide | Camunda 8 Docs

However, 7.24 has some features that make the migration to Camunda 8 more smooth.
