Not able to style customise tasklist page

Hi Team,

I have designed an application with a customized cockpit/tasklist/admin. But while customizing the task list, the application is not taking the “.css” file but rather taking the default page. I am unable to style my page.

Kindly assist on the same? Please find the below screenshot [this is how my application structure is]

Please find attached index.html and user-styles.css files. They are saved with the correct path, just uploaded as txt file.
