Older version seems to block version 5.0

I try to run modeler V5.0 on my iMac (OS Catalina 10.15.7) but it gets stuck in a loop. Is it possible that an older installation of modeler (V0.34.3, installed in 2015) causes this? Removing the older app doesn’t help. On another Mac a fresh installation of V5.0 works fine.

Hi, what you can try to do is to clear all temporary files of your old Modeler instance. You can find them usually at /Users/<YOUR_USER>/Library/Application Support/camunda-modeler
