Operate in Camunda Cloud console does not show new process instances

Today we started multiple instances of a process via the Operate API and received process instance ids, but those are not shown in operate (last one shown is from October 2nd), but tasks show up in tasklist and the process instances in optimize.

Filters are not set in operate. What can we do? Is there a way to restart a cluster in saas?

fixed it by updating the cluster. Still would be interesting to know if there is a way to restart a cluster in saas?

Hi @micudaj - I do not believe there is a way to restart clusters in SaaS currently. What plan are you on? In the future, this sounds like an issue where support should be notified, and they can look at the process IDs and find out what happened and address any issues.
