Play mode in Web modeler doesn't work

Hi! I have a problem with a Play mode in the Camunda Web modeler, maybe someone can help me with it.
I tried to play one of my BPMN diagrams and the process instance creation was started, but after that I get a repetitive error:

I tried to clean cash of the page it didn’t help. What can I do to solve this issue?

Hi @OlgaK, welcome to the forums! Now that it’s been a short while since the error, do you still get this error if you try to start Play again? Behind the scenes, it is creating a Zeebe cluster to run your process, and it’s possible that cluster that stuck. It tears down the cluster after a timeout to save on resources, so by opening Play again after a period of time, it will try to recreate that cluster (and hopefully work!)

Hi @nathan.loding ! Yeah, It’s been 2 days since I saw that problem. I tried it once again and the error is still here. I asked my colleagues from the same organization - they have this problem as well. What can we do to speed up the process? Because it is blocking us from work and it is quite annoying. Maybe I should delete the current cluster and create a new one? Will it help?

@OlgaK - well, that’s frustrating! Since you’re using SaaS, what plan is your team using? I think it would best to engage our support team on this issue; I can help engage them. Can you DM me your organization name and email address?

Hi @nathan.loding! Thanks, we created a ticket for support!

Thanks @OlgaK - I’m curious what the solution will end up being, so I’m going to follow the ticket. It would be good to post the solution publicly here, too, so others can find it in the future. (Hopefully it’s a helpful solution and not a strange, one-off situation!)

The support said it is an infrastructure issue. Hope it will be solved soon.
