Problem exporting flow as PNG or JPEG

Hi, I’m trying to export my flows as PNG or JPEG in Camunda Modeler running in Windows 10. This export feature worked fine once or a couple of times, but now it always produce a blank picture.

I suspect that Windows 10 (or maybe Kaspersky, the antivirus tool I’m currently using) is someway preventing this feature to work properly for security purposes. Does anyone have a similar issue?

Tks.

I have the same issue - but on Mac running OSX 10.11.6.

I get a blank 1 kb file when exporting to png and jpg.

Kind regards

Pål

Hmm… I work with Win10 and don’t seem to have that problem.
But until someone offers a solution to this here is what you could do.

Go to http://demo.bpmn.io/
upload your bpm file and export it as SVG.
Then if necesary convert it online to JPG or whatever.
You could use for instance: http://www.zamzar.com/convert/svg-to-jpg/

Hope it helps

Hey,

this is known issue and will be fixed in one of the next releases.

Cheers,
