Process instance migration from other BPM products

Need help with the below 2 queries:

  1. Is it possible to export / import process applications from other BPM products (say IBM BPM) to Camunda BPM?
  2. Is it possible to migrate in-flight instances from other BPM products (say IBM BPM) to Camunda BPM?

Is there anything available for migrating in-flight instances from IBM BPM to Camunda or any suggestions on how best to handle that?
