Please provide some additional information on your issue. Usually, some useful things to provide are:

• Application server, database, JDK version, etc;
• Process engine configuration;
• The problematic BPM process;
• Steps to reproduce the issue or example project.
• Any logs/stack traces that are shown when the process is started.

Just a screenshot is not enough to provide you with some input.
