QuickStart - Involve Humans - no task appears in tasklist

I recently ran through the Quick Start, up through “Add a User Task to the Process (4/6)”. I start the process as directed. The documentation then says “You should now see the Approve Payment task in your Tasklist”, but I do not see anything in my task list.

After I start the process is a blue-box notification in the lower right with a link to the task: screenshot. If I click on the link, I can get to the task. However, if I click on my task list, no tasks show up.

Cockpit says there are several tasks assigned, I just can’t get to them for some reason.

Ah I had to add a simple filter in the left hand column.
