Research on Social BPM

Hey there, I’m looking for some community feedback regarding a survey on Social BPM. I implemented a Camunda Cockpit Plugin to provide social features to process users. My idea is, that employees can give quick feedback and help to improve processes better and faster.

In this study, which is part of my Bachelorthesis, I’m interested in the acceptance of putting active process users into the improvement of a business process. On behalf of a prototype implementation of social features within the Camunda BPM software, I would like to meassure the effects.
