Hello Every body,

Is it possible to display in Optimize or in other way ,

  1. Resource Utilisation rate of a process, meaning percentage of time spent per resource (an employee or a group of employee) doing actual work on a process, compared to the total time when this resource is available for doing the work. A measure of efficiency calculated by finding the ratio between the time spent per resource on process work and the time available per resource for process work.

  2. Production capacity
    The number of available resources (employees with the required profile) to work on tasks or cases, calculated over a given period of time.
