Service Task after a timer task doesn't get executed randomly

Hi All,

I have a timer task post which I have a service task. In some instances(absolutely random without a pattern), the service task isn’t triggered at all after the completion of timer task. Any leads would be helpful.

Can you upload your process model and maybe take a look at the history of the instance and see exactly what happens.
