Set Process Engine Property only for One Process

Hi,

I want to set the property defaultSerializationFormat to application/json only for one process.
Is it possiblie to override the default value of the engine in the process.xml?
The engine ist defined in the bpm-platform.xml.

There is no feature to do that.
