Some requirements about operate

Do operate support these requirement:

1. user can do actions for message catch event, i know the simple monitor can do that.
2. the node name can support template grammar?, it is every useful in multi instance case, we maybe more visualized in instance history view

1. Operate is only supposed to deal with incidents not sending messages or starting workflows.
2. Expressions should be supported there to create the instance name inside a multi-instance node… can you please create an issue in GitHub to request that feature? I will check if that is available or not… maybe @saig0 can help us out there…
