Start a Process Instance without access to cockpit and Admin Screens

We need to create groups and users who in standard tasklist application who should be able to start the deployed process but should not have access to Cockpit and Admin screens .Can any one please try to help. I am badly stuck. Please help

You can restrict access to only tasklist for those users. Also make sure that they have the correct process-definition rights:
