Taking notes in and assigning of incidents


if an unhandled error occurs during the process execution, an incident is created. The incident usually requires some analysis and an action. To better organize these activities, it would be helpful if we could assign incidents to persons or roles. Also, it would be cool if one could take some notes / leave comments in an incident – for example, description of the findings during the analysis. The next person taking care of the incident would have this information ready to use.

How are the above points possible? Are the features available in the enterprise edition?
