Tasklist plugin deployment

Hi

I want to create a tasklist plugin which will contain a link to another web app at the tasklist menu

I have read the documentation - https://docs.camunda.org/manual/7.14/webapps/tasklist/tasklist-plugins/

but not sure how to register the plugin for tasklist , I am looking for some steps like cockpit plugins as mentioned - https://camunda.com/blog/2020/08/all-new-frontend-plugin-system-for-cockpit-starting-with-camunda-bpm-7-14/

Can any one help me with steps to register this sample tasklist plugin
