Timer start event - ENGINE-09017 Cannot load class

Hi,
I have a simple process flow where I have a timer start event and then a service task which has a Java delegate.
The process was started based on the timer setup but returned error at the service task.
Error:
ENGINE-09017 Cannot load class ‘’: ‘’
Can anyone help me to resolve this error.
