Dear Team,
We setup Camunda self managed with camunda 8.6 in AWS EKS environment. All components are working as expected except Webmodeler.
Problem: When we Try to login from keycloak its throwing its redirecting to webmodeler url and it says “session expired” and in browser netowrk logs it says “401 unauthorised error”.
Attached logs and configurations in the attachement.
As its a blocker. Could you help ASAP.
Kind regards,
Ramesh.
Hi @rameshsugandh - can you share what roles and permissions are assigned to this user in Identity?
Also, if this is a priority issue, I would recommend opening a ticket with our support team. This is a community forum, not an official support channel, so there is no SLA on responses here.
Dear Nathan,
Before I share I would like to give short information where this user originated. We use LDAP. and Federated to keycloak. So all users in LDAP available in keycloak. We have camunda admin group in keycoak under groups where this user is added.
Find the list of Roles and permissions assigned to this user from keycloak and identity.
Kind regards,
Ramesh.
@rameshsugandh
