Even, I’m also blocked at same issue, 404 not found and redirecting to login page. We have Camunda 7.21 + Spring Boot 3.3 + Kubernetes setup.
However, our parallel application has same setup except Kubernetes, they have App services and its working from them.
One thing you can try is, set SSN Affinity to true or enable it and see.
Rest things I already done and still blocked.
