Which scope should be used when creating a new client to get authorized to call the Web Modeler REST API in SaaS?

You can use the Web Modeler API scope.

You’re seeing the cluster view - which is a different scope.
Because an organization can have multiple clusters but only one Web Modeler instance you need to go to the organization tab to create the client creds.
We could probably make this a little more clear
